These Terms of Use (“terms”) apply to your use of thedignitytraders.com and any education programme, session or material offered by The Dignity Traders (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or taking part in a programme, you agree to these terms, our Risk Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Education only
The Dignity Traders provides trading education. Everything we publish or teach — on this website, in The Dignity Reveal, in our programmes and on any other channel we use — is intended to help you understand markets and develop your own decision-making process.
Nothing we provide is, or should be treated as:
- investment advice or a personal recommendation;
- a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or other financial product;
- a tip, call or trading signal; or
- portfolio management, or an offer to manage money on your behalf.
Any stock, index, chart or trade we refer to is used only to illustrate a concept.
No guarantee of results
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. We do not promise, guarantee or imply any particular financial outcome, income or return from applying what we teach. Learning a process does not remove market risk, and results vary from person to person. Please read our Risk Disclaimer in full.
Your responsibilities
When you use the website or take part in a programme, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law;
- the information you give us is accurate and your own;
- you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, for the capital you commit and for complying with the laws, regulations and broker rules that apply to you; and
- you will keep any login details for student areas confidential and will not share your access with anyone else.
Programmes and enrolment
Details of a programme, including what it involves and any fees or conditions, are shared with you before you enrol. Those enrolment terms form part of your agreement with us. If they conflict with these terms, the enrolment terms apply to that programme.
We may update the content, structure or delivery of our programmes to keep them effective. We will not change the essential nature of a programme you have already enrolled in without telling you.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our programmes — including course materials, recordings, presentations, frameworks, worksheets, text, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to The Dignity Traders and is protected by intellectual property law.
“The Dignity Traders”, our logo and “Simplicity in Execution™” are our marks. You may not use them in a way that suggests you are connected with, or endorsed by, us.
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use programme materials for your own learning. Unless we agree in writing, you may not:
- copy, record, download, reproduce, publish or distribute our materials;
- share, sell, sub-license or give others access to our materials or student areas;
- teach, repackage or build competing courses, products or services from our materials or frameworks; or
- use our materials to train or build automated or AI systems.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- submit false information, impersonate anyone, or submit someone else’s details without their permission;
- send spam, or attempt to bypass our spam protection or security measures;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the website by automated means;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure; or
- claim or suggest that The Dignity Traders provides tips, signals, advice or guaranteed returns, or use our name to promote any such service.
We may suspend or end your access to the website or a student area if you break these terms.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to, or rely on, websites and services run by others — for example brokers, exchanges, regulators, charting platforms or messaging apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement or a recommendation.
Availability of the website
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any decision you make or action you take, based on anything you learn from us;
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity; and
- our total liability to you for any claim relating to the website or a programme is limited to the amount you paid us for the programme or service that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dignity Traders and its team from any claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our materials, or your trading and investment decisions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the competent courts in India, at the place where The Dignity Traders carries on its business, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the website or our programmes.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us — most concerns can be resolved quickly and in good faith through a conversation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
